Shoprite Sontonga Mall in Katlehong

Giving a one star review because I can't give a zero star review. Bought a can opener on the 20th of April. It broke while I tried to use it for the first time. The following day (21st of April) I return it with the till slip. One of the managers, Nokuthula, accused me of breaking the can opener.

This isn't the first time I've bought an appliance from the store that was faulty as I previously had to return a hot plate and a heater I bought there now only has one of the two bars functioning.

For a company that can pay it's CEO R87 million you can at least set aside money for management to get courses on customer service
