Shoprite sold us a swiss roll with mould spores covering it

My Dad bought cakes from shoprite checkers chatsworth late yesterday. i realised this morning that a cake had mould spores growing all over it. My dad who is 63 has already eaten a large piece and Im concerned that he is going to end up sick. Checkers needs to take responsibility.
