Shoprite sky city extremely bad service

Very bad customer service, managers don't care as well, cashiers have very bad attitude, this is the third time this is happening, first it was a rude pregnant lady by the tills, when I report to the manager they act like they don't see you, they look away. They don't deserve one star. The lady by the name of Lerato is very rude and disrespectful, I wonder how you hire a rude person to deal with customers.
