Shoprite should hire people who are passionate with their job

Disappointment as usual. Today’s experience was the worst. Please tell your staff member to work because they dedicated themselves to work and should stop acting like they FORCED TO DO BASIC WORK!!!

I was at Shoprite Esikhawini to collect my bus tickets - mind you my bus leaves at 10 and Khanyi Ndlovu who works at Money Market was taking her time ngathi she hasn’t had breakfast. What was suppose to be a 2 minutes collection took whole flippen 15 minutes and we still didn’t get what we wanted.

Please hire people who need work and are passionate with their job.
