Shoprite service will forever be Horrible

The service at Shoprite has and will always be poor. When you go there you are always serviced by grumpy cashiers who don't even greet you, I made purchases for groceries on Wednesday 27th of May at Jabulani mall,and I was not given Scratch cards for the Shoprite Lowduuuma competition, even though my groceries were above R200 and there was participating brands in it.
