Shoprite service is ****ty

Haibo, Shoprite Jabulani mall has the most slopiest service ever. We stood at the money market queue for almos an hour to redeem our tickets. By the time it was our turn, we were told they have run, the rude ******* has gone to fetch them, she was gone for another 15mins or so, When i confronted her about the waiting time she gave me a bad attitude infron of a the managers who stood there and did nothing. I am not frustrated by her that much but her managers who have a dont give a **** attitude. Imagine. Apparently the manager on duty was Mr Mojai.
