Shoprite send money is a waste of time

Recently discovered that Shoprite has a send money facility to other African nations. I was very pleased with their rates but it quickly turned into a nightmare when i decided to use this facility. I sent money to my sister and when she went to the collection points she was told that her reference pin was invalid. I have tried to reach Shoprite countless times for this matter to be rectified but it has been unfruitful. The customer careline, no one picks up the phone. The whatsapp agents acknowledges your query but they log off the chat before they resolve the query. I am urging everyone out there to be careful when choosing ways to send money in the diaspora because Shoprite platform is noooooo goood. Highly disappointed. The query has not been till to date. I sent the money in May 2023.
