Shoprite send can't deliver or refund my money

I did send money R2900+ via shoprite send a month ago for my child school fees in Botswana. Long story short the reciever was not given money because of complications in their processes and when I ask for a refund they send me from pillar to post. It's been a month now and my child is not attending school. I need my refund please ShopriteSend. This is not a fair. We work so hard for this money for you to dupe us into believing you are a genuine money send agent
