Shoprite selling things that's half empty

Just wanted to let you guys know, i am a very upset customer at this moment, I should've sent this email on Friday but I'm sick at the moment, bought a pack of 38 comprals that was on special. When i got home i saw the box is crushed, didn't make anything of it, but later the afternoon i opened it to find there's only 20 comprals inside. This is not nice. You lost a customer due to this.

Check your aisles as it seems there's stock being ******, security is in wrong aisles. And chats to each other too much.
