SHOPRITE SELLING OFF CHICKEN PRODUCTS

Good day. 2 days ago I have bought many items from shoprite including 11 packs of chicken breasts. I came home and put in in the freezer as I do every month. However, when I took it out on the afternoon, 7 of the packs that I opened stinked like crazy. I am bringing this back to your store in Strand and I expect a replacement in weight not a refund in cash. The use by date is the 30th September and today is the 29th.

I also bought a ultramel chocolate milshake and after taking a few sips on the day, I realized it was off. I was extremely sick from the off product that you Shoprite Strand sold and the expiry date was only in 2024.
