SHOPRITE SCHOEMAN - LUGGAGE ****** FROM PARCEL COUNTER - STORE MANAGER DID NOT CARE!

On the 07th January 2022, i went to Polokwane to do shopping for my home and kids stationery. I went into Shoprite Schoeman. I left all my luggage at the parcel counter and i was given 3 tickets. I placed them inside one of my handbag outside pocket. After doing my shopping in the store, i went outside to collect my luggage from the parcel counter. I got the shock of my life when i notice that all my luggage is missing!! I proceeded to look in every part of my handbag hoping find the tickets . The tickets were gone. I looked inside the cubicles in the parcel counter, there tickets were back there but my luggage was gone! I ask the lady at the what happened to my luggage and she told me that she is not the one that i left my luggage with and that the person that i gave it to has knocked off! she told me to go and speak to the security at the door. The security told me to report it to the store management. I went to the office and told them my story and asked to view the Footage. The lady in the office just shrug off her shoulders. She told me to go and open a case with the Police in order for them to show me the Footage. The manager arrived and never said a word to me nor ask what me what was happening. I was very hurt. Actually, they store did not care. THEY DID NOT EVEN TAKE MY CONTACT NUMBER FOR FOLLOW UP OR ANYTHING. I went and open the case with the police hoping to be given the opportunity by the store to view the footage. Nothing. The same lady in the office turned around and said to me they cannot show me the footage because "i will get angry and go and kill the person who stole my luggage"!! The whole ordeal made me realise that businesses like this does not care about customers. The only thing that matters to them is profit. I want to know what happened and i want the Shoprite to take action. I had to go and borrow money to buy stationery and food for my children.
