Shoprite scarmed me

I bought a voucher through Shoprite app. The person I sent the voucher to was taken to pillar to post at the money market. She went there twice without help. I called them to refund my money back but they are not willing to refund my money. I want my money back because I have made another arrangements for the person to have money. I called in to speak to the person in charge no one is willing to talk to me. I want my money period.
