Shoprite Savoy-****ed up

Shoprite in Savoy has no packers and you wait the whole 20 minutes waiting for a cashier to assist one client. Mr Semelane the store manager goes home without seeing if his store is in good condition. And the Steven/Stephen the supervisor when asked about the situation he just said the packer are iff. We understand that there us covid but there needs to be a balance of cashiers and packers. Its been a ling time trying to understand what is happening but it seems like Mr Semelane doesn't care at all. All this is *******. A mystery shopper is indeed needed in this shop
