Shoprite Sasolburg Mall

Shoprite Zamdela I received the worst service ever I went to buy few things ,and the cashier who was assisting me Sello Romeo Finger did not acknowledge me and as always the greeting will be 'plastic' , and I said to him , you don't even greet me but you asking for plastic that's when the arrogance started., going back and forth me after he asked for my xtra savings card then he banged it on the counter , and I was not happy with that still he continued to say to me do you want a plastic or not ... I told him that's not good customer service but he proceed to call his supervisor Mme Dineo to explain to her that I have a problem with him and he doesn't not understand why I explained to the supervisor that firstly he did not greet and secondly he is has an attitude cause now he doesn't want to till my stuff... and the problem that I have is the arrogance and the way he handled me by arguing with me .it was so unacceptable..I work with clients and I understand the importance for a person standing in front of me. I don't wanna be served as if someone is doing me a favor. That guy needs proper training cause with such behavior I wonder how many clients walked for that place feeling small because of the employee that does not understand customer experience...the supervisor Dineo had to apologize on his behalf cause he felt superior. I hardly shop at shoprite because of their services but today I thought let me go and buy few things , I regret going there and I don't think I will ever set my foot at that shop again.
