I'm writing this on behalf of my unemployed sister you shoprite money market did her dirty today she opened her shoprite app she found that she has to kyc or fica her account she was given 25 days to respond before the account will be closed she doesn't know about this thing she did try to fica unfortunately it's failed before she bought airtime before you should have tell her the reason why her fica failed now you blocked the account you should have given her that 25 days to fix that thing that made her account blocked she is living with high blood pressure and she is diabetic she tried sending emails no one responds she was supposed to get srd grand on the 25th but you blocked the account where will she get money to go and fetch the medication you shoprite sa you must do better.
