Shoprite Rude Cashier

I went to Shoprite Mams Mall today to get a few groceries. When I was by the till the cashier just called some individuals (two ladies one of them wearing a Nizams sweater) who was at the back of the queue without asking me. I had to wait for her to acknowledge me first and she didnt. And she didnt. She just went on with saving those two ladies until she was done. On helping I then said to her, it would have been good to have acknowledged me and maybe excused or requested my permission to assist her friends or staff members or whatever they were to her. As I said that she rep**** with a very BIG attitude and told me these were staff members and as far as ahe is concerned they must helped first without delay. I then said but at least just talk to me so I am aware so as not to give you grief about it. Instead she back worked up why I had said that because she is supposed to assist those staff. We end up fighting. I told her she should learn to communicate with people and she was unapologetic. I ended up calling her stupid because I was advising her in the first place but she could not listen. she also called me the same in her Sepedi language. I had to hold myself back as she continued yelling insults at me infront of other people. I just had to take my items of which she insisted to offer me a plastic bag and I refused it because I was already angry with her service. I walked out of the shop holding my items in my hands. Her names is Johannah Mothemane and I truly am not intending using ever again.
