Shoprite rotten meat

I'm very disappointed with Shoprite plaza at Olievenhoutbosch, last year i bought chicken pieces and they were rotten i didn't take it back. Yesterday i bought wors it was rotten and smelling bad i took it bad controller refund me and when i ask about transport money manager say the don't refund for transport. I very disappointment with Shoprite butchery they don't take customer serious.
