Shoprite robbing consumers of their change
In the past year I have been living here in Mount Frere I have noticed that all cashiers at the Shoprite in Mount Frere (Eastern Cape) do not return change of 10 cents or 20 cents, they simply tell you that they do not have any 10 cents or 20 cents in their cash registers. By doing this I'm sure Shoprite makes a lot of money by robbing consumers who come to their shop by not giving them all the change that is due to them. Even though it is only 10 cents and 20 cents, at the end Shoprite makes a lot of money from this. I wonder if this is not violation of consumers' rights, who pay more for their groceries everyday without knowing.
