Shoprite refusing to sell at price advertised

I am in the store now. The Kettle we purchased is scanning the incorrect price even though the pictures are all over for the same kettle. The so-called customer service lady Caroline said the box colour is wrong. Then I asked for the store manager and they sent the admin manager who said it's the wrong label but it's exactly the same item. I pointed out several of the items that had the wrong labelling and told him the issue is the item scanningat a higher price being advertised. He refused to rectify it and told me he would refund my entire purchase. The store manager was too bust to assist and he can't say what time he would be available. Overall, I cam clearly see and feel the ************** practised in the Sholrite stores,something that does not occur elsewhere. We were left standing in the middle of nowhere, no apologies and no attempt at resolution. Shoprite,you clearly prey on the fact that people want cheap, and as proven, you are willing to deceive people for your money. Also, the sash should actually say "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE"
