Shoprite refused to exchange damaged BushBaby gazebo

I bought a Gazebo (BushBaby) 3m by 3m. I've used it on 3 rainy days. The gazebo broke on one of the ***** that opens inward and outwards. The store refused to exchange for me. 😔
