Shoprite protea Glen bad service

Had very bad service with the camera lady of store, on the 27 th September 2022 I was in the store doing my shopping as well, I noticed that 2 lady's were on my case, just when I was to do payment I realized that my phone was gone... I then asked the camera to check what happened, she went to her station and came back to tell me that she couldn't see me... How could you not see me in a store, coz the is cameras.In less than 30 mins they couldn't see me.. Are they working together?
