shoprite products not safe to use

I bought a flask from shoprite in palmsprings mall, I use the flask to always have hot water to make formula for my baby, the flask is a plastic container with a glass container insider to store the hot water. between the plastic container and glass container there's space when I pour water from the flask it leaks, so I opened it at the bottom to take the leaking water out, after opening at the bottom the glass container inside the flask burst while I was still holding it, and cut my hand wide open, I had to pay my neighbour R300 for petrol to take me to a private hospital, I had to pay the hospital to stich my hand n I paid for pills as while, I m warning every customer never to buy products from shoprite they r not safe to be used, I spoke to Edward- branch manager at shoprite palmsprings mall I requested the that the store must remove their flasks on the shelve, Edward told me its factory fault when a flask has a crack inside it will burst, this is prove that shoprite buys their products from a factory and never check if the product is safe shoprite does not sale quality products, im going to warn all my friends, colleagues and community that the store does not sale quality.
