Shoprite Postmasburg manager and cashiers suck!!!

Shoprite has no idea what it means to serve a customer.

Today, I went to purchase R400 worth of food stamps, while telling the cashier what I want she was busy engaging in a conversation with two other individuals.

So she ended up giving me a R400 cash back instead of stamps. When I told her I said I wanted stamps, she got an attitude.

I proceeded to call the manager so that he can defuse the matter as I already got angry. He instead of giving me a service, decided to lecture me as a client on how to talk to them.

Bear in mind, when I approached this lady I spoke with respect to her. Her lack of service infuriated me!

The manager needs to somehow get some managerial skills because instead of addressing his cashier he decided to tell me what's wrong with me.
