Shoprite, poor poor service

Wow appalling service!!

Shoprite Empangeni at the OK Centre CBD, reeks of poor service.

Firstly, whether you complain about the service or you have a problem that needs their immediate attention, all the staff do is point you to another employee which is evident know one knows what the hell they are doing or they give you a l"You think you're better than us" look.

Secondly, it is the attitude problem the cashiers have, if you greet them they just remain quiet or they scan plastic bags without your consent, when you tell them you do not need a plastic bag they give you attitude and get angry at you because they now have to cancel the plastic.

Thirdly, why does the staff at Shoprite know absolutely nothing about the FNB PAYU R5 for bread, milk and more promo?! They just proudly say "We know nothing about that"

This is a serious matter!!!

But hey, who cares.
