Shoprite Poor Customer Service

I went to Shoprite at Rosettenville and wow i experienced the worst Treatment.. As a heavily pregnant woman i expected to be treated like such but the manager and the lady working at the till were not welcoming. I asked them if i could not stand in the line and was told to go to all customers and ask the customers instead of them assisting me. The lady at the till even gave me an evil eye look because she was disturbed that there was a heavily pregnant woman infront of her. Is this how the staff is taught? I experienced this at Shoprite CBD next to game and the same thing happened.
