Shoprite please do something about Lotus gardens

I've just recently done my grocery ta Lotus gardens shoprite , service I got there was so pathetic, store is unhygienic to make matters worse in this pandemic time of the year, service from the tellers yerrr its like they are doing you a favour, honestly this store needs a total makeover, the staff is so freaking lazy and demoralised its like they are being pushed to come to work, I've complained multiple of times to their head office, to this day nothing has improved
