Not only was the experience bad but the Two ladies named Kgomotso and Nthaby disrespected my husband and I, I am not one to complain but the level of disrespect that the two ladies had towards us goes without being said.

We waited in a very slow moving que only to find Kgomotso and Nthaby having a conversation looking at each other in the eyes whilst working, one would think that they would stop and the cashier Kgomotso will greet while helping us but no they just carried on with their conversation, I was carrying my son why my husband asked them if them won’t help us pack, Nthaby went ahead and said heh “why don’t you pack for yourself Abuti” when kgomotso added “ if you want someone to pack for you then you should hire them “ the level of disrespect that these ladies served us with shows that they do not respect their job and lack customer service.

Shoprite Pimville needs to train there staff because such customer services will not be tolerated, it’s not even about them packing for us but the way they spoke to us.
