Shoprite Phumulani Mall false advertising

I am very disappointed at the service received from Shoprite in Phumulani Mall. I went to buy the Today puff pastries and on their website it was advertised as R9.99 each pack and when I got to the store the price is R11.99, I bought them anyway and when I got home to look at the till slip I noticed that each pack actually cost R18.99 and I bought 3 packs. This is false advertising and is unacceptable to loyal the customers like myself and I need this resolved
