Shoprite phumulani mall

The service I got from a lady called Mphahlele from shoprite Phumulani mall was very bad. I went to the shop during my lunch time yesterday to get some few groceries since I can't make it after work because the close at 6 and I also knock off very late. I gradded everything I needed and when I went to pay to Mphahlele she gave me the worst service ever. I told her I don't have a rewards card with me can she take my ID number to get my rewards profile. She told me that that system to check is offline. Ok I understood. Then I asked a lady on another till to borrow me her rewards card. Mphahlele told me that's not allowed. I couldn't understand why it's not allowed because at other shops we can do that. Then I asked her so does this mean I won't be able to my grocery on special. She told me to leave every on the counter and go get my rewards card. (How disappointing is that. ) this was during my lunch I had no enough time to go back and get the rewards card. I asked for her supervisor. She came and she asked me to go to another till to get my rewards number. I did that and game back again to Mphahlele. As she was scanning my grocery same of the things are now missing. I asked her where are the pampers I had here she told me they took it back. And I asked her do you really expect me now to go back and get those pampers again. She sent the other lady to go get them and that lady came with the wrong pampers. I was so angry that I wasted my time and I was supposed to get back to work because my lunch was over. I told her to leave the pampers. She was so rude towards me. I am very angry. She doesn't have a good customer service. 😡
