Shoprite Phoenix plaza- frustrating experience

Shoprite Phoenix Plaza- Irregular processes and frustrated customers. We always order 20 loafs of brown bread from the above store every week for the past year. The current process is to place an order at the bakery department and collect the day you require this and pay on that day. There are occasions like today, where the bakery staff frustrate clients. We had place an order of 20 loafs to be collected today and the bakery staff initially rufused to provide me with the bread as they don't have my order. They further state that the process is to place the order in advance and pay for the bread, get provided with a slip and then you produce this slip when collecting the bread. Now the question is when has this processed changed???. I have been ordering and collecting this bread every week for the past year and now they changed the rules. I complained bitterly, raising my voice and stating that I am going to complain on social media. This got the bakery staffs attention and the bread was given. This is unacceptable. This is frustrating. This should be a a sign on the process to be followed at the bakery and all staff should follows this and treat clients with respect. This is not to get the staff into trouble but to change the process to have standard processes for order large order of bread.
