Shoprite Phoenix Plaza

Shoprite Phoenix Plaza is a mess. No customer service and long queues. I was standing in a queue for about 30 min with my trolley of goods worth about R1000 then when almost at the front I was told that this till is only for staff I need to find another queue and all the other queues a long so my question I have is that there was a trolley porter in front of me does he work in Shoprite as well or do these guys not want the business.
