Pheonix plaza shoprite. What an ********** ordeal to go through on several occasions. Adverti*****t is placed in the local newspapers but when you get to the store staff refuses to acknowledge the specials. Yesterday we went in for the oil which was advertised for R219.99 but was told it was not on special. Cashier an supervisor looks at us like we crazy an laughs at us saying we must have seen wrong. We as customers should not have to go through that as we are loyal customers.
