Shoprite pelican park

Hi I have a complaint about your store manager or who ever he is I ask the front end controller to assist me as I was standing in a line for more than 20 minutes the queue was not that long it was about 3 customers in front of me but I was standing in a queue for more than 30 minutes which I ask assistance from the front end controller I wasn't help by her as I was standing I went to the manager office and explained to them how long I been waiting in the queue whatever the cashier was busy with I had no clue but I went to the managers office he first told me to wait as he got a phone call to answer I waited for him again 5 minutes then when he was done he came ask what till I said number 19 he wanted to go and look at the camera if I was really standing in the line for 30 minutes I told him that is waisting my time as I already standing in the line for 30 minutes my problem is the lack of work ethic and the bad response from the store manager was not procedure he think I was making up a story to get help quickly. I am sad to say that I live in Pelican park and I used to work there as a Fieldmarkerter for the Harding group but I will never be able to go shopping there again I also feel that I will never put my feet on that shop floor ever again I feel that the manager could have dealt with my situation better instead of viewing a camera to see if I'm lying I hope that this manager can be dealt with ASAP because he needs to help customers not go and see if they lying.
