Shoprite parow "I recently visited Shoprite and had a mixed experience with the staff. Unfortunately, the cashier who assisted me was not very polite and seemed uninterested in helping me.

However, the packer, Migail, was exceptional! She was extremely helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure that my shopping experience was pleasant. She even offered to help me carry my groceries to my car, which was a lovely touch.

On the other hand, my experience with the Trainee Manager was disappointing. I asked her about a promotion on cool drinks, suggesting that they should display a sign indicating the special offer, such as "10 per client". She rep**** that the details were in the pamphlets, but when I informed her that there were no pamphlets available, she simply stood there, staring at me with no response, no apology, or any attempt to resolve the issue.

Fortunately, when the Manager came to assist the cashier with processing my payment, she was very kind, helpful, and approachable. Although she wasn't aware of the earlier incident, her positive attitude and demeanor made a great impression.

Overall, I hope that Shoprite will take steps to improve their customer service, particularly with some of their staff members. However, I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of Migail, the packer, and the Manager."

Infact. I was there today and last week. The 2 that assisted me last week was even better. Beautiful girls. But certain individuals like to spoil it for some people. These are the individuals that needs training on customer ethics as they have non. I am not sure what is cooking in their.minds but they need to treat people with respect at all times.
