Shoprite Parcel Counter *****ing from Customers Belongings

SHOPRITE DENLYN MALL I had 2 of woolworths bags I left at the parcel counter(It was a guy at that time) I had bought a new Dragon non caffeine drink, those with vitamin C and zinc(mixed berries flavor)at Waltloo meat and chicken and was in one of the bags. I was at Shoprite for less than an hour, between 16h00 and 16h30. When I went back to get my parcels I was given one bag then I explained to the lady that it's 2 bags and not one, then I had to explain what was in the other bag since it was just put on the floor and not in the 16th counter with the other one. I looked for the drink while still at the mall, at another store but nowhere to be found, including the straw and the slip from waltloo which was at the top because I was carrying heavy and the security from waltloo just put it on top after checking. We need to be careful nowadays because it seems like our belongings are no longer safe at these parcel counters. I'm very much disappointed because this person knew what he/she was doing and got rid of the proof which is the slip and shoprite doesn't stock that Dragon drink.
