Shoprite Palm Springs shopping centre (Orange farm)

I'm always disappointed whenever I go to Palm Springs (Orange farm) Shoprite, the service the is not great the queues are forever long, they only have handful of cashiers working at all times.

Going grocery shopping is nightmare as it takes over an hour for you pay due to long queues, no matter the number many item you have bought. To top it all of the staff is not helpful requesting assistant from them is a hassle they are either rude or they dont know how to assist. Is it not possible for them to more hire more staff and provide adequate training to the existing staff so to provide customers with great service?
