Shoprite Paledi Mall Bad Service

Bad service at Shoprite Paledi Mall. I went there on the 17 January 2021, with a trolley from Spar as there were no trolleys inside and I was told to leave the spar trolley outside which I did.

When I got in a cashier(Tendani) had a Shoprite which only had two things roll and Vaseline and I asked her for the trolley as she is done packing and she told me that I am still using it, mind you with so much attitude. I left her there, within two minutes came a guy in a red t-shirt which I assume they knew each other as they stood forever talking after that she gave the guy the trolley.

Now my problem is that Why are not allowed to use spar trolley if the likes of Tendani are rudely refusing us Shoprite trolleys and giving them to their friends. Why is that cashier uses trolleys that are supposed to be used by customers to pack their stock while there are trolleys they can use in store which we are not allowed to use.

This is not the first time I am expiriencing bad service at Shoprite Paledi as the other time a cashier refused to give cash back, giving unnecessary excuses and the reason I am writing this is because the cashier take advantage of local people that we do not complain but I think enough is enough. If the likes of Tendani continues to treat us like we buy on credit or with their money then where is clients comes first priority?
