Shoprite Orange Farm (Palm Springs) Incident

Good day, I would like to file a complaint about Shoprite Orange Farm (Palm Springs). Yesterday around 1pm I went to buy my groceries like I always do each and every month with my family and at the milk isle I normally buy a box of milk and as I was about to take one box of milk I got a deep cut on my right hand as there had been a broken mug that was placed there and none of the Shoprite staff attended to that broken mug. The cut was so deep I could see my veins showing through the wound, I immediately stopped of the Shoprite staff as I was bleeding heavily and the security guy took me to the staff toilet and gave me a tissue to stop the blood but it wasn't helping as I was still losing blood at that time I was getting fatigued and dizzy so I asked them to get me water and they told me to go to the staff kitchen to drink there but it didn't help much as I was still dizzy so I figured that it must be because I'm losing a lot of blood and that I must eat something I asked my girlfriend who was holding the baby at the time to go get me something I could eat as I was sitting on a crate in the staff entrance holding the tissue to at least stop the bleeding at that time the security and staff were still looking for the manager or someone to help me to no prevail, I managed to get something to eat and at that time its already 2:15pm and still no first aid kit after another 30 mins a guy who is also part of the staff was going to the toilet and saw that I had a wound and the tissue had blood suggested that he will go get the first aid kit and he went to the toilet and I had to wait 20 mins for him to come out of the toilet and at that time my baby was getting restless and crying as we have been there for some time I had to walk to the front desk for him to apply the first aid on my hand he put a disinfectant that looked like some water as it wasn't stinging like it normally would do and placed a bandage and said he was sorry and it was the first time this happening at the store as is not sure of what is the procedure and he has been trying to call the manager but said he couldn't reach him. My 1 year old baby was relentless at the time. They also suggested that I should go to the clinic to get my cut checked as it was deep and to not get an infection but non of the staff even suggested reimbursing me to go to the clinic as it was a distance nobody even cared if I was driving or taking taxis to the clinic they simply said take our contact details and contact us and tell us what they said at the clinic at that time it was 3:30pm and none of the staff had a name badge on. I had to drive while I was dizzy as nobody offered to take me to the clinic and I was using one hand to drive to the clinic.

When I arrived at the clinic around 4:15pm I went straight to the emergency room and they quickly opened a file for me, the nearest nurse came to me and had a look and saw that it was deep and said from the look of it I might have to be transferred to Baragwanath hospital as the cut might have damaged some of the nerves or ligaments inside my hand and she had a second look, the nurse said it nearly touched some of the nerves but one of the arteries was damaged which was the cause of me bleeding heavily and said from the cotton wool that they used at Shoprite it was sticky and the nurse had to clean the wound again and stitch both wounds as things stand at Shoprite didn't make an effort to check how am I doing and after 7-14 days I still have to go get the stitches out and I won't be able to work normally as I am unable to type with my right hand and I now have a lifetime scar. Please assist.
