Shoprite Oliven - Poor Service

Shoprite Oliven ABSA, the store is always full in the evening. I went there yesterday and it was full as usual with more than 4 tills closed, I went to the cigarette counter to pay and despite the long queue the cashier kept on talking on the phone and chatting on WhatsApp right in front of us.
