Shoprite Nquthu Plaza, shop no.14

I was buying items on sale, the extrasavings deals. The items rang normal price there was no discount, I asked the cashier (Sebe) why no discount voz the previous customer bought the same items and got a discount. She called the manager, they made me go back to yhe aisle 2 times getting different flavours but in the end I had to leave the items brcause they refused to assist me. The cashoer was very nice and patient, it's the manage that was very arrohant and unhelpful. I felt so stupid for being sent back to the aisle 2 times, and them refusing to come up with a solution. I'm a regular customer and this is the fist time getting such treatment at Shoprite Nquthu Plaza.
