Shoprite not taking client seriously.

On the sunday of the 24/05/2015 I visited the shop trying to make a withdrawal of R200 after my bank Atms were offline, I had to go through 5 counters all telling me that they don't have money and none of the show any interest of asking the next person if the have cash, I have to quoue every time to see all 6 cashiers. On the 6 counter the client infront of me paid by cash for an amount of R400 when it was my turn to see to cashier she told me that she does not have money, I don't think Shoprite or it's employees under stands that they are not doing us favours to make withdrawals actually they have agreement with the banks that they will assist their clients, I went to the manager in charge on that day raising my frastration about the treatment I got from the shop but he did not give more solution but added more problems from what I had, the speedpoint machines were working even today I don't understand a shop like Shoprite refuse to allow me to make a withdrawal of mear R200. I had to use other banks atm which cost me around R20 for the withdrawal. I was very disguisted nevermind the bad attitude of the staff that looked very demotivated, I don't think I'll visit your shop again.
