Shoprite not reliable

To whom it may concern

This is for the second time i write a complain about what happened beginning of this year. Shoprite had a competition beginning of this year, this competition was called "Dream Big" whereby a child is writing an assay as to he/she wants to become one day, and the child could win a free school fees for the whole year. My Wife Cecilia Phatedi submitted the assay at Shoprite 111 Commissioner Street, days after she submitted, she got a call from the guy by the name Sifiso, his cell no ***. Sifiso called my Wife to let her know that my daughter Lesedi Phatedi won the Big Dream Competition, he wants the child particulars from school which a Letterhead that confirm school banking details. The school emailed what was required, till today school fees is not yet paid. The school name is St Matthews High School. Tel ***/ *** to confirm the story. And my wife number is *** to confirm the story. We haven't paid school fees because we depending on shoprite to do what they promised. Sifiso also said they will come and my daughter photos for whatever, i don't know. Please i need assistance from Hellopeter.
