Shoprite Nooregeseg selling wrong information to a customer.

I went shoprite Noorgeseg and I was not happy with the service I got from one of the cashiers ( Nkateko). I went there to buy soccer tickets as they are part of computicket outlets. The cashier told me the tickets were sold out and I asked to be shown on the screen the proof of the tickets being sold out as i kept computicket app open on my phone showing that the tickets were still available.

The cashier ended up telling me that I think I know better. I left and went to Jabulani mall and bought the tickets at Jabulani Shoprite. I went back to Noorgeseg looking for the cashier who had helped me before to show her that I had got tickets from the same shoprite system thinking maybe she would apologize but to my surprise in front of her manager she did not, I ended up apologizing to her and I left.

As a customer I really felt I was not respected and I was sold the wrong information buy the store.
