Shoprite needs to learn the value of customers

Stopped at Boksburg North Shoprite to get my children something to eat and a few goodies for dinner as I do daily. The pie selection was pathetically poor. Eggs were market at R38 on the stand but rang up at R46 at the till. I Advised the teller and then just told her to leave it as I did not have time to stand and argue. She could not make eye contact never mind smile. Great customer service.... Not! I was then asked if I wanted a packet to which I responded yes. A packet was left on my items for me to pack my own things while the teller attended to the next customer who received great customer service. (Makes me wonder if this is a race issue) Worst experience at a shop! I used to use you everyday. Every experience gets worse, but today was the cherry on the cake. Terrible service Terrible experience Would rather pay the extra and go to a shop who appreciate my business.
