Shoprite Ndofaya mall customer service

Can managers and cashiers go for a customer service training because wow the attitude I just got now from them is very disrespectful which can lead one to losing their temper and end up doing something they will regret I’m honestly not happy with the service I got from some lady there and I think she’s a supervisor or manager which she should be leading by example but no she’s not. They only open 4tills and it’s also crowded there which makes me wonder if they are following the correct Covid19 protocols
