Shoprite Ndofaya Mall

BAD SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT... Went to Shoprite Ndofaya Mall on Saturday and I took the broccoli with the price of R21.99 BUT they scanned it was ITEM NOT Found. The cashier called Sizakele to come and assist/ check the price of the item. She didn't want to come until the cashier called Nthabeleng to take the item to Sizakele, who told them NOT to give me the item with the price I saw on the shelf that was R21.99 AND she said its R22.99. I told them that it WAS R21.99 ON THE SHELF, THE SO CALLED NTHABELENG said we must go and check it at Fruit and Vegetables. Please train this lady by the name of Nthabeleng CUSTOMER SERVICE. She went to Fruit and Vegatable it was saying R21.99 HOWEVER at the till it was ITEM NOT Found. I called the manager who was on duty on that day, who didn't even bother to apologise, she had no name tag, she didn't greet she just authorised and left. PATHETIC Service that we are getting from Shoprite Ndofaya Mall. They don't wear their name tags including management.

We used to have BEST service at this Shoprite this year the service its so PATHETIC.
