Shoprite Ndofaya mall

We stood hours in the queue only to be told that the shop is closing at 17h30 it was 16h45 but they still refused to let us shop. The store manager refused to address us about the matter. Instead they stood inside the store and actually laughed at us as customers. We weren't even able to get essentials even though it's permitted during this lockdown. This is unacceptable.
