Shoprite Naledi mall Vosloorus terrible customer service

Terrible service just had terrible service at Shoprite checkers Naledi mall Vosloorus we go there to buy baby's food and we saw promotion of 18 eggs, cheese 150g,sasko bread,Ole Rama and polony 750g the promo start date is 07 october till 20 October 2024 meaning this promo started yesterday then as soon as we take this thing went to the till the cashier told us that cheese is not on the promo we just asks how because there's picture showing that the promo started yesterday that's when the drama started supervisor came and give us bad attitude not explaining that there's no such but we just explain and show them the promo instead of explaining things she just give us bad attitude tell us we can do whatever we want to do that ladies name is Nolwazi and the manager name is Michael they just being unprofessional. Just wonder what training they get to give customers bad service like that. Shoprite Naledi mall bad or I can say terrible service
