SHOPRITE MOUNT EDGECOMBE, WORST PLACE IN PHOENIX TO SHOP!!!!

this is by far the worst place in Phoenix to shop, it is humid, hot and uncomfortable. i have complained to the manager Tony Govender multiple times and have seen other people complain as well and all they say is that they don't know why its not working. this has been going on for months. we visit Shoprite Mount Edgecombe daily due to us purchasing often for business and personal. today the 23/11/2022 it was so hot that i was sweating profusely and almost passed out, this is evidently due to the staff unable to work well in such an environment and standing in the ques are longer than normal. my staff actually don't want to shop there anymore and they rather go to the plaza which is further away and inconvenient than shop at Mount Edgecombe Shoprite. moving forward, should i fall sick like today due the uncomfortable and unbearable environment caused in this store, i will be taking legal action and call on the community to join. if you cannot operate a store of this magnitude then leave it to competent person who can and does not put people at risk.
