Shoprite most horrible customer service team

Never in my entire life have I come across such terrable service as with shoprite firstly the live chat has u waiting for hours and still u don't get assisted having to leave a message and contact details as the Promise to get back to you. It's 4 days now and iv added messages everyday but still shoprite customer care did not email or call me is this how u guys handle client queries..u should just remove the live chat from your system cause Clealy its just there for decoration.. 4 days and not a single word regarding my money market account that has not been credited....Do your,'ll not have sla or deadlines in terms of how long a query should go unattended.. I'm really really disgusted with your customer service team.

And like clock work Shoprite customer care again takes the trophy for the worst customer service ever.to make the matters worse the very first time I logged a query which was on the 23rd of May on the 26th if may a lady by the name of Lee-ann rep**** but her reply had nothing to do with my query I responded to her and she never got back to me.i again tried to get hold of Shoprite customer care to no avail and again left them my query everyday after that so the 28th 29th to which responded on the same day and again her response had nothing to do with my query instead she found the time to tell me about business hours and I should contact them today on the 30th do u think Lee-anne mad any attempt to contact me.. Well u guess it no she never this is unbelievable it actually makes me sick that Shoprite such a huge brand would have such a customer care team representing them. Iv requested for contact details of managers and as expected never got them.. This is just the start of me making sure this gets dealt with I'm gonna put this all over social media and expose this *** service
